The CapStreet Group Announces the Acquisition of CRS Texas

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The CapStreet Group, LLC has completed the majority recapitalization of CRS Texas and its affiliated businesses to form CRS Solutions (“CRS” or the “Company”). CapStreet is partnering with existing shareholders Brian Smith and Matt Hoeg who will continue to lead the business under the CRS name as Chief Executive Officer and President, respectively.
